Last week, I was invited to the SugarBaby launch at the lavish St.Marys Residence. Overlooking the Auckland Harbour bridge, it couldn’t have been a better day and place to launch SugarBaby in New Zealand. I haven’t used the products before but I certainly have heard of the brand, those sexy imagery of beautiful women on the products and campaign images, you wouldn’t miss it. This being an example:
And that’s exactly what SugarBaby is. For the sun-kissed, gorgeous, flirty, fun-loving girl. It all started with a Bath Bomb range in 1998 by sisters Lizie and Nicci Clifton, SugarBaby has grown to become an internationally recognised iconic Australian beauty brand. So girls, when you dream and work hard for it, the sky is certainly accessible! In New Zealand, the tanning range (new & improved) will be available as well as candles and perfumed products for your bath, home and body.
Prices ranging from $17.99 to $29.99, SugarBaby is certainly affordable too. What is also amazing is that SugarBaby does not test on animals. I have seen some new SugarBaby products being launched at Farmers department stores as well as at Price Wise stores.
Here are some snapshots I took from the launch:
Bikinis. Flip-Flops. Basking in the sun. Mouth-watering sorbets. Hanging out. Having Fun. Sun-Kissed Hair and Golden Tanned Skin. The Sun is out and Summer is in.
I am looking forward to trying out the lovely SugarBaby products. After the launch, I visited Price Wise store at the Pakuranga Plaza, Auckland and bought the Ticket to Beauty – Bronze Voyage Palette (for cheeks and eyes). The packaging had me at hello, it would be rude not to buy it (too cute)! I’ll let you all know how the palette goes.
Thanks to SugarBaby for gifting me some gorgeous products to try also. Being in an air-conditioned room during the day, I apply the SugarBaby Deluxe hand cream in Tropical Coconut daily, and apply some Parlour De Parfum in Island Flower to freshen up. It is currently a handbag staple. I will also be trying out the SugarBaby Bronze Radiance (Wash off bronzing cream). Perfect for me as I tend to prefer it that way, these days.
As I am typing this currently, I am burning the gorgeous SugarBaby Deluxe Candle in Island Flower. It is absolutely gorgeous. Imagine capturing the exotic Amalfi coastline, rooftop down and wind in your hair. Like a crisp ocean breeze scented with tropical nectar of camerelised pineapple, banana, peach and pear. Freshened with a citrus medley and sweetened by creamy coconut. If you love fruits and especially pineapple, this candle smells amazingly sweet. I am slowly drifting into a daydream…
