My personal favourite is the Thai Chicken Rissoles which you can also make them into mini-burgers! I thoroughly enjoyed them!
I was also sent some curries from the House of India range. However, the House of India range is a lovely option when you have friends over or when you are simply having a lazy day, yet you wish to devour on something with a bit of very mild spice on a cold Winter day.
